- Please do not try to signup for a trip before the SIGNUP is open. Early Signup will not be honored.
- Some trip signups are electronic on a website. Some use a paper form. Read the signup instructions.
- If using a paper signup form the instructions on the form tell you where to mail it.
- Paper Trip forms must be mailed to the trip leader. The postmark may not be before the signup date. You must fill out the trip form completely if using paper.
- Kittyhawk will do its best to obtain extra slots for members on the waiting list for trips, but cannot guarantee that extra rooms, seats and slots will be available.
- Ground packages exist for many trips. They are called "Base Price". Ground packages assume that you have made your own travel arrangements to get to the resort. Details about ground packages are available on the trip signup instructions.
- Senior Pricing is on the Trip Sign up form if it is available. You may also request less ski days/lift ticket or more ski days/lift tickets

Staying at the SkI IN/ SKI OUT Slopeside Hotel. Option to go to Hidden Valley on Day 2. The usual Kittyhawk Activities and some distinctly Bus-Trip things like Human Slalom, game night and an overall GREAT time on a short trip. Come ski and party with friends.
